Here at Alta Vista Chiropractic, we try to make getting your care paid for by your insurance company as easy as possible.  Our staff is well versed in insurance policy and procedure.  We know which insurance companies cover what services and how to get them paid for quickly and hassle free so you do not need to worry. 

If you have any questions call and ask and we will be happy to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision.  We pride ourselves on letting you know up front what your out of pocket expenses will  be.  You will never be hit with a unexpected big bill in the mail.  From day one, we tell you what your deductibles and co-pays will be, how much you will pay for chiropractic and massage and we will give you payment options if you need them.

All you need to do is bring in your insurance card and we will call to verify benefits for you, then we will be able to tell you exactly what your specific benefit plan is.  If it is late in the evening, we will call first thing the next day and call you to tell you your benefits.  You can also call us to give us the insurance card information and we will call even before you come in so you know what your benefits are ahead of time.

What To Expect On Your First Visit

Please dress comfortably.  Expect 25-30 min. to fill out paperwork and exam with the chiropractor before your massage.

If you need to reschedule your exam for any reason, please call us 24 hours in advance.  Thank you for your consideration.
